• Manage and track internal and external game development projects

  • Create project schedules, maintain budgets, develop production plans, and provide supervision/support through-game lifecycle

  • Work with team to scope and schedule game to meet game design and financial goals

  • Be an advocate both internally and externally for all lines of business

  • Provide leadership, inspire, and motivate the team to be at peak effectiveness

  • Solve pipeline issues to maximize efficiency and efficacy

  • Review legal redlines and contracts

  • Oversee recruiting and staffing as needed for projects 

  • Assist in additional roles at the company as interested - included in all parts of game creation from business and marketing to art and design decisions


  • Experience shipping multiple game projects as a producer

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Self-motivated and curious with a willingness to continue learning

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • In tune with current industry trends

  • Highly empathetic
