Responsibilities

  • General office maintenance

  • Replying to general email inquiries

  • Planning company events and activities to support team morale and cohesion

  • Creating and Upkeeping Documentation generally and also as related to best practices across operational efforts

  • Physical computer and server maintenance

  • Travel and lodging coordination for conventions, events, visitors, etc.

  • Account Management for internal and external services

  • General company upkeep, such as yearly business registrations

  • Paying bills, and invoices

  • Errands and traveling to locations as needed

Qualifications

  • Organized and always looking to streamline processes to make operations more efficient

  • Self-motivated and curious with a willingness to continue learning

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Must be able to work on-site at our Los Angeles location
