We’re on the lookout for an Operations Manager to help manage the office and HR duties! You’ll be a core and integral part of the Yacht Club Games team responsible for managing general operations in the office to ensure team members can perform their tasks efficiently, and comfortably.
General office maintenance
Replying to general email inquiries
Planning company events and activities to support team morale and cohesion
Creating and Upkeeping Documentation generally and also as related to best practices across operational efforts
Physical computer and server maintenance
Travel and lodging coordination for conventions, events, visitors, etc.
Account Management for internal and external services
General company upkeep, such as yearly business registrations
Paying bills, and invoices
Errands and traveling to locations as needed
Organized and always looking to streamline processes to make operations more efficient
Self-motivated and curious with a willingness to continue learning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Must be able to work on-site at our Los Angeles location
